Rooted in the socio-economic and cultural context of India, it emphasizes self-sufficiency, practical skills, and the dignity of labor. Central to this approach is the concept of "learning by doing," where productive crafts form the core of the curriculum, fostering self-reliance and economic independence. Gandhi advocated for education in the mother tongue, the inclusion of moral and ethical teachings, and the promotion of community living to instill values of cooperation and social responsibility. Despite challenges in implementation and adaptation to modern contexts, Gandhi's principles remain relevant, offering a model that balances academic learning with vocational training and character development. Proper harvest and post-harvest handling techniques can influence the quality of the harvest, such as cleanliness, freshness and visual quality. In hydroponic mustard cultivation, harvest and post-harvest handling is very important because hydroponic mustard plants require special treatment to ensure the quality of the harvest. The research was carried out at the UF (University Farm) Land of Teuku Umar University, West Aceh Regency in October 2023. Procedures for carrying out the research included harvesting, washing and removing manure, sorting, packaging, cooling and storage, transportation, marketing. The conclusions are (1) good harvesting is done in the morning and evening to avoid sunlight which can trigger wilting of mustard plants and (2) good packaging can increase the safety of products that will be marketed to consumers.

This research analysis aims to find out whether the marketplace fosters entrepreneurial interest in undergraduate management students class of 2020 at Panca Budi Development University, Medan. The data analysis technique used is an associative research method with the help of the SPSS program. This research uses simple linear regression analysis. The sample in this study was 96 respondents. Primary data collection uses a questionnaire. The research results show that Marketplace has a positive and significant effect on the entrepreneurial interest of 2020 Bachelor of Management students at Panca Budi Development University, Medan. Based on the results of the research and discussion as well as the conclusions that have been put forward, the author provides several suggestions which it is hoped can be used as input for students: Students must increase their knowledge of using market places comprehensively so that they see opportunities for entrepreneurship to develop skills such as creativity, problem solving, decision-making. risk, and entrepreneurship.

This research aims to determine the influence of product quality, celebrity endorser, brand image on purchase decision local skincare products Scarlett Whitening in Lhokseumawe City. This type of research uses quantitative research methods. Data was collected using a questionnaire distributed to respondents with a scoring technique using an ordinal scale. The sampling technique in this research used a non-probability sampling technique with an accidental sampling method. The research was conducted on 100 samples of respondents using Scarlett Whitening in Lhokseumawe City. The data analysis technique used is the multiple linear regression analysis method, instrument testing (validity and reliability), classical assumption testing, hypothesis testing using the SPSS 20 program. The results of this research show that product quality has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening in Lhokseumawe City and brand image also have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening in Lhokseumawe City, while celebrity endorser has a negative and insignificant influence on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening in Lhokseumawe City.

THE INFLUENCE OF AUTHENTIC LEADERSHIP OF PRINCIPALS AND WORK CLIMATE ON SCHOOL PRODUCTIVITY IN JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOLS IN ACEH BARAT DAYA

This study aimed to investigate the influence of authentic leadership of principals and work climate on school productivity in junior high schools in Aceh Barat Daya. The research used a quantitative approach with an associative research strategy. Data was collected through questionnaires from a sample of 57 principals and teachers from six junior high schools. The results showed that authentic leadership and work climate simultaneously had a significant positive effect on school productivity, with a contribution of 54.2%. Authentic leadership and work climate also each had a significant positive effect on school productivity. These findings indicate that strengthening principals' authentic leadership and fostering a positive work climate are important factors for enhancing school productivity in Aceh Barat Daya.

The relatively high cost of commercial feed can affect the production of broiler chickens so that it can affect production risks, prices and income. The aim of this research is to analyze the production of broiler chicken breeders and analyze the production risks faced by independent broiler chicken breeders in Lawe Bulan District, Southeast Aceh Regency, because there are still some farmers who have stopped running broiler chicken farming businesses because they experience high risks. This research was conducted in Lawe Bulan District, Southeast Aceh Regency. Data collection methods usedThere is this research, namely Observation, namely data collection carried out through direct observation of the conditions of the research location, as well as various breeder activities in carrying out the broiler chicken farming business such as preparing the cage, procuring and inserting seeds into the cage, raising chickens and harvesting and marketing. Interviews are data collection carried out through direct interviews with 30 respondents. The results of the research show that the broiler chicken farming business in Lawe Bulan District, Southeast Aceh Regency is profitable for livestock that is feasible to continue and has low risk.

PLN also launched a customer service application, namely PLN Mobile, in 2016 to meet all customer needs and provide convenience and a different electricity service experience. The existence of the PLN Mobile service application is one of the transformations to provide the best service for customers. The existence of PLN Mobile will give rise to sentiment in society, so researchers propose research using sentiment analysis to find out consumer opinions about the PLN Mobile application. This research uses the Naive Bayes algorithm with the help of RapidMiner software. The first stage is crawling the data and then processing it with various attributes such as document cleaning, tokenization process, transform cases, stopwords removal and filtering. Next, Naive Bayes modeling will be carried out and tested to obtain accuracy values. The data processed was 1068 data and divided into 320 training data and 748 testing data. The Naive Bayes accuracy result is 70.28%.

East Java Province is a province that is one of the largest agricultural commodity producing areas in Indonesia. The agriculture, forestry and fisheries sectors are sectors that drive economic growth in East Java because they have contributed greatly and provided supporting capacity for other sectors. The number of agricultural sector workers in East Java Province is the highest in Indonesia, however, with this high workforce, the GDP of the agricultural sector in East Java experiences a slow increase every year. The decline in the area of rice fields and the rise and fall of domestic investment (PMDN) in the agricultural sector can also affect the value of GRDP growth in the agricultural sector in East Java. This research aims to determine the influence of agricultural sector labor, rice field area, domestic investment (PMDN) in the agricultural sector on GRDP in the agricultural sector in East Java Province. This research uses a quantitative method using secondary data from 2002 to 2022. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 23 application. The results of this research show that agricultural sector labor has a significant negative influence on the agricultural sector's GRDP while the area paddy fields and domestic investment have no influence on the GDP of the agricultural sector. However, simultaneously the workforce in the agricultural sector, the area of rice fields, domestic investment influence the GRDP in the agricultural sector of East Java Province.

This means that the work environment can influence loyalty in the Lhokseumawe City Environmental Service. Leadership Style has a positive and significant influence on ASN loyalty. This means that Leadership Style can influence Loyalty in the Lhokseumawe City Environmental Service. SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW: MANAGEMENT AS A PHILOSOPHICAL AND SYSTEMATIC SCIENCE

Management has developed into a complex and multidimensional scientific discipline, with a strong philosophical foundation and systematic methodology. However, the concept of management as a philosophical and systematic science is still not fully understood and explored in academic literature. This research aims to fill this gap by conducting a comprehensive systematic literature review (SLR) to analyze and synthesize studies relevant to this topic. Using a systematic and structured SLR method, this research identified and analyzed 67 studies that discussed philosophical and systematic aspects of management. The main findings are grouped into four themes: (1) philosophical foundations of management: values, ethics, and leadership; (2) systematic methodology in management: planning, organizing, directing and controlling; (3) integration of philosophical and systematic aspects in management practice; and (4) challenges and opportunities in implementing management as a philosophical and systematic science. This research contributes to the development of knowledge in the field of management by mapping and synthesizing relevant academic literature, as well as providing new insights for management academics and practitioners in integrating philosophical and systematic aspects in more effective and meaningful management practices. Limitations of the study and recommendations for future research are also discussed

Utilizing a qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis to understand the multifaceted nature of academic supervision and its critical role in fostering educational excellence. The findings highlight the importance of collaborative planning between principals, vice principals, and teachers to establish clear supervision goals, schedules, and objectives. Such collaboration ensures that academic supervision aligns with educational goals and addresses the specific needs of teachers, significantly contributing to their preparedness and responsiveness. Effective implementation of academic supervision is identified as crucial for realizing planned objectives, employing strategies like classroom visits, observations, and individual discussions to assess and enhance teachers' instructional practices. However, challenges such as scheduling conflicts and the principals' workload highlight the need for adaptability and strategic delegation to maintain momentum in supervision activities. The study further reveals the significance of follow-up actions in translating the insights gained from supervision into tangible improvements in teaching and learning. Constructive feedback, guidance, and recognition of teachers' efforts by principals are essential in promoting a culture of continuous professional development. Addressing the challenges encountered during academic supervision necessitates flexibility, improved communication, and a commitment to providing professional development opportunities for teachers. The research concludes that academic supervision by school principals is integral to enhancing the quality of learning. Due to climate change, pest and disease attacks, unbalanced use of seeds and fertilizer use, shallot production in North Sumatra still does not meet consumer demand. This research used a Randomized Block Design with 2 factors and 2 replications. The first factor is POP (Solid Organic Fertilizer) consisting of 4 concentration levels, namely P0 = 0 kg/plot, P1 = 4.5 kg/plot, P2 = 7.5 kg/plot, and P3 = 10.5 kg/plot. The second factor is POC (Liquid Organic Fertilizer) consisting of 4 concentration levels, namely C0 = 0 ml/liter water/plot, C1 = 250 ml/liter water/plot, C2 = 450 ml/liter water/plot, and C3 = 650 ml /liter of water/plot. The results of the growth research showed that the highest POP was in P3 with a plant height of 35.76 cm, number of tillers 1.72 and tuber diameter 37.01 cm and the highest POC treatment was in C2 treatment with number of tillers 1.51 cm and tuber diameter 3.28 cm . Production showed that the highest POP was in P3 with a wet tuber weight of 45.28 gr, a dry tuber weight of 31.82 gr, and a production conversion per hectare of 55.80 kg, for the highest POC was in C2 with a wet tuber weight of 40.70 gr, tuber weight dry 31.82 gr and production conversion per hectare 51.39 kg. This research shows an increase in the growth and production of shallot plants.

The type of research used in this study is explanatory research with a quantitative approach, which is a method of research intended to explain the position of the variables studied and the influence between one variable and another variable as well as to test the hypotheses that have been formulated. The results of the research were that the quality of service had a positive and significant influence on the interest in re-purchase in SAS Home Cleaner Field. It shows that the better the quality of the service performed, the greater the interest in re-purchase
