Repository Policy
International Journal of Social Science, Educational, Economics, Agriculture Research and Technology (IJSET) supports the wide dissemination and long-term preservation of scholarly works. Authors are permitted and encouraged to deposit their published articles in institutional, disciplinary, or personal repositories, provided that proper attribution and citation to the journal are maintained.
1) Version Allowed for Deposit
Authors may deposit the following versions of their manuscript:

Preprint (Submitted version): The version of the manuscript before peer review.

Accepted Manuscript (Postprint): The peer-reviewed and accepted version, before copyediting, layout, and final formatting by the journal.

Published Version (Version of Record): The final published PDF as it appears on the IJSET website (subject to the journal’s licensing terms).
2) Where Authors May Deposit
Deposits are allowed in:

Institutional repositories (university or research institute repositories)

Subject/disciplinary repositories

Personal websites or blogs
-
Academic networking platforms (e.g., ResearchGate, Garuda, Academia.edu) where permitted by platform policies

National repositories and indexing services (when applicable)
3) Citation and Linking Requirement
Any deposited version must include:

Full bibliographic citation (author(s), year, title, journal name, volume/issue, page numbers if applicable)

A statement acknowledging first publication in IJSET

A link to the article’s official page on the IJSET journal website (preferred) or DOI (if available)
Recommended deposit statement:
“This article was published in International Journal of Social Science, Educational, Economics, Agriculture Research and Technology (IJSET).
4) Embargo Period
IJSET applies no mandatory embargo for repository deposits unless otherwise stated by specific agreements or indexing requirements. Authors may deposit the accepted manuscript or published version immediately after publication.
5) Licensing and Copyright

Repository deposits must comply with the license applied to the published article on IJSET.

Authors must not alter or remove journal branding or copyright/licensing information from the published PDF.

If third-party copyrighted materials (figures, tables, images) are included, authors must ensure they have appropriate permissions for repository distribution.
6) Archiving and Digital Preservation
To ensure long-term availability, IJSET may utilize archiving and preservation services (as available), including:

Collaboration with indexing/archiving networks where applicable
7) Compliance with Funders and Institutions
IJSET supports authors in meeting open access and repository requirements set by:

Authors should notify the editorial office if a specific repository statement or license is required for compliance.
